Working with the project management team, we knew what we needed. The e-commerce market has been automating most labor extensive tasks in their warehouses, except for one, packaging for shipping. What was needed was a new, innovative and very fast fully automated packaging line. But the small R&D team was already fully booked so the need to find and vet then collaborate with an experienced design and manufacturer that could execute quickly , had experience in packaging and especially reliability.
